Your suggestion of 28 Aug 2003 was moved to http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Florida/Localities/H/Hialeah/Business_and_Economy/Construction_and_Maintenance , because that is where the business is actually located. It is waiting there in an extremely small pool.
