Yes, well, the first submission of this site to that category was in November 2002. Am I to understand that it is, or is not waiting to be reviewed? I hate to keep submitting it if it is already on the list!

That's correct, it wasn't awaiting review in that category and it hasn't been reviewed or otherwise touched by an editor. I can only assume that the suggestion of last November was not received.

By all means feel free to submit the suggestion again, but do be prepared to wait. As windharp already said, that is a very backlogged area.
