Apart from knowing already that we can't answer questions about when a site that has not been listed will be reviewed, or whether it will be listed at all, you should also know, by doing a search first, that the site has already been listed. Since May 2004, 1 month before you resubmitted it!
Please check before asking for status updates whether a site is already listed, indeed before a site is even submitted. If search is down or busy then wait and try again.
