it means that it has been rejected or that it has not been reviewed yet?

to remove or draw a line through something, especially a written word or words:

it's not the word delete that i don't understand, it is the word "deleted from unreviewed", I guess you mean it's rejected, but I wanted to be sure, and you lost me another time speaking of lines and draw!
