I subsequently followed up and requested status info on 10-15-2004 and was instructed to check back in 6 months. It is now 7 months. Please help me with this submision for I have been extremely patient and have followed your guidelines.

A submittal dated 2004 waits there for review. Editors have already reviewed all the 2001 submittals in that category and some of the 2002 submittals. That should help you understand what "patience" would actually entail in this context. Not, of course, that patience is a recognized virtue in this context anyway. The only virtue that matters is generosity: "giving away knowledge that nobody else has, to the whole world."
