It appears than an editor has reviewed the site and has approved it for a listing.

As this was done very recently, it might take a little while (but less than a day) for it to appear in the category.

(It's nice to see some documentation of sites getting reviewed quickly, rather than the compliants of years of "waiting" from submitters)

Ahhh but the system almost always works....just not always the way some would like it too

The system works much BETTER than some would like it to. That causes some of the most shrill criticism -- so much of it, in fact, that editors come to expect shrill criticism to turn out to be maliciously motivated.
