My site is posted in DMOZ under Autos-Classifieds, my site name Car-Lot.us.
Recently, I changed my name of my business to my new .com domain, AutoTraderZone.com and I filled site name change form.

Can You please check the status of my request?

There is nothing on the Car-Lot.us site to indicate that AutoTraderZone.com is the "new" URL for the site (just that it's a mirror) or the new name of the company -- the car-lot.us URL is still valid, the site is still called Car-Lot.us and the content appears to be maintained at that URL.

Can you advise me what to do?.
I want to replace Car-Lot.us with AutoTraderZone.com.
This is my main domain I want to conduct business under.
Is it mean my request never got to submited?

The easiest thing to do would be to remove all the content from Car-Lot.us and replace it with a banner that says "now re-directing you to our new site, AutoTraderZone.com". That would do the trick.

Since it's clear that you own both sites there's absolutely no reason to make you jump through hoops in order to change your URL. In fact I changed it myself.

In the future simply submit an "update URL" request.
