You couldn't have submitted it to that category: it isn't accepting submissions. (There's no "suggest URL" link at the top of the page.) Did you, perhaps, submit the site to one of the letter subcategories?

I followed the instructions at time of submission and used:

Anderson, Ron

as the title of the site. Artists were asked to use their name for title.

Any chance you have a record of this submission?

Half-a-dozen duplicate submittals were deleted from that category, along with a few others scattered around. The standard practice when using that tool is to leave just one of the submittals, but the editing log only tells where the deleted ones were, not where the survivors are. So, no, all we can say is that it appears to be waiting somewhere in Shopping/Visual Arts.
