It has been received in that category at the beginning of August. There is less than a dozen sites waiting to be reviewed there, so you can hope it won't take too long (but there's no guarantee -- nobody can estimate how much time it will take). The fact that no editor is listed in the category doesn't mean nobody cares about it: a lot of editors (editors listed in a category higher in the tree, editors - such as editalls and metas - able to edit everywhere) are able to process submissions there.
