I should explain that I only submitted my site a week ago after being directed to your pages from another site so didnt fully understand the criteria. A dmoz editor visited my site then I stupidly updated it (wrong way round I know!). My site isn't listed (I know that it takes a while) but I wasnt sure If I should submit it again with the updated pages - Sorry this is so long winded but I'm the first to admit that I am a complete idiot and novice when it comes this sort of thing. My apologies if I should not be posting here yet.

An editor can visit a site for many many reasons and a review is only one of them. In this case you have nothing to worry about and there is no need to resubmit.
