Hi,
It's a good idea to write down the category that you suggest your site to, you could even bookmark it for easy access. To check the status for you it's very difficult if not impossible without a category link....Remember we have over 590,000 categories......
I don't think you are going to get much information unless you can give us some indication of where you submitted....

Two options.
(1) Wait.
(2) Submit again, remembering where you put it this time. Wait at least a month. Ask again.
The latter could end up causing us a duplicate submittal: but one duplicate won't upset the help. With the former, there's really no way to ask about the site's status; but we generally don't tell you anything that makes a "practical" difference -- that is, usually your options are the same whether or not you know the status.
Your choice. Chances are neither way will cause you trouble, and probably neither way will help much either.
