There is a facility for requesting such a change on the top of the category page.
In http://dmoz.org/Regional/Asia/India...my/Industries/Manufacturing/Automotive_Parts/ there is an 'update listing' link , follow the directions provided to request a URL change. Note we will not replace a working URL unless there is some indicator on the site that there is a new. preferred URL. (Such as 'Visit our new site at _____' , a 301 redirect, or javascript redirect). This is to protect the existing listing from a potential hijack.

I can put your contact details on my site, it does not make my site a replacement for yours.

Further, the update process does not work until the site is listed. It does not work for sites awaiting review. This is why the submission guidelines tell webmasters not to submit their sites until they are complete,

Put in a redirect of a big banner on the old site, and when the editor goes to review it, they will automatically make the update -- but they cannot and will not make the update unless the proof on teh old site is explicit.
