I think you'll need to resubmit. I don't have access to those submission areas, but there's no indication that the new site is a redirect from the old site, although the old site doesn't seem to work.

It is still pending review in that area. If you do not see it listed by December 1, 2004 please request an update at that time.

It was looked at and it hasn't been rejected - good news. The bad news is that it wasn't considered suitable for the original category and it was moved to http://dmoz.org/Arts/Online_Writing/E-zines/ where it is waiting for an editor there to consider it. If you do not see it listed by July 13 please request a further update then.
