Firstly my psychic powers are not working today, so I can't tell what category I should be looking in.

Secondly since there is no redirect or notice on the old url it's not going to be obvious that the url should be updated (I don't read what I assume is Spanish).

Good choice. Last time the user asked about his/her site was in the Spanish forum. I do not know why she/he chosed to enter his/her inquiry here. Anyways, her/his problem was resolved.
