i read the guidelines and it doesn't fall into the categories of the sites it says you won't list. it's not a mirror, affiliate, cloaked site, etc. maybe it appears to be the same as scavengeinc.com since the design is identical (except for the logo). it's not a mirror site but rather a separate site, dedicated ip, and domain (that doesn't redirect back to the other site), and is specific to costumes (not all the other stuff the scavenge site has). they are two distinct sites maintained separately.

It makes no difference where they are hosted. It is our policy not to go into great detail about why a site will not be listed. As I've seen mentioned before, what it usually boils down to is unique content--and this is no different. Sorry, but it won't be listed.
