It is still awaiting review with less than a dozen other sites.

You only submited your site 4 days ago. Allow at _least_ 3 weeks to pass before enqurying about submission status. A month to two is not an unusual amount of time to wait, but less than 3 weeks is just being inpatient....

Thanks for the information. Sorry for the impatience. I was basically wanting to know how many others were waiting with me as it doesn't seem to be a very large category.

I wonder how http://dmoz.org/Shopping/Children/Educational/ is different than http://dmoz.org/Reference/Education/Products_and_Services/ ? I didn't know the Shopping category existed... I wonder if it's new.

The cat in Ref/ dates from June 1998; the one in Shop/ from Dec 2001. Looks like we get to consider a cat merge internally...
