Is this a new ruling on cafeshops quite a few listed allready. thanks mark UK

It is more that it isn't an automatic denial, however to be listed the content has to be evaluated to be "outstanding", and your site was evaluated to not be unqiue enough for a listing. Cafepress offers the same standard cups, shirts, totes, etc. and a huge number of new cafepress sites are submitted daily. As a result, the content is rarely considered unique although a few do make the cut. It is also possible some were listed before the huge splash of submissions began. Sorry, but your site is unable to be listed.

unlike a lot of t shirt stores on OP all my designs are origanl artwork wich have featured in a TV program about UNIQUE ART OF SUBCULTURE. I could just think of a few funny slogans and quotes and stick them on t shirts but i wanted to be UNIQUE AND ORIGANAL I have yet to find t shirt designs that are anything like mine.

Your store was reviewed in the category submitted, and was evaluated to not offer enough unique content. I don't edit in this particular category, but I do edit often in an area that frequently receives cafepress store submittals so I am very familiar with the content. When I viewed your site I was impressed with the setup, the store itself is very pleasing to the eye--however, I would have drawn the same conclusions as the editor who reviewed the store. Content wise, it is in my opinion no different than the hundreds of other cafepress stores I've seen. That is not to say your content isn't good, just not necessarily "unique". Sorry.

I take your point though and understand your reasons.
I am hoping to add some new stuf and some new features to the store so i will try again an a few months or so.
