Was just wondering about the status of the submission.

I didn't find http://www.contemporary-art-holdings.co.uk/ in the unreviewed list of http://dmoz.org/Regional/Europe/United_Kingdom/Arts_and_Entertainment/Artists_and_Galleries/ . I don't see the site ever been edited. Did you submit to another cat? Or did you get a 500 error during submission?

Hi

There is a possibility that there was an error when submitting, but usually when that has happened to myself, i have kept on trying to submit till the "Your submission has been received" confirmation has appeared.

What would be the best option here? <img src="/images/icons/confused.gif" alt="" /> resubmit to the category?

If that is the single best category for that URL, then yes, please resubmit.
