status www.dexdog.com , unsure about submission

It has been sometime since I went through the submission process for my website Dexdog.com , as a result I am not sure :
1. if I have submitted to dmoz yet
2. if I have submitted, what category I have submitted it too

So if I have submitted, what is the status or can I submit again?
If I haven't submitted can you tell me that?
