I subscribed a few weeks ago for http://www.goroutair.ch and I can't find us on the directory. I was wondering if I did something wrong.

In fact, if I remember well, I suscribed at the category:

World > Français > Régional > Europe > Suisse > Cantons > Genève > Commerce et économie > Transport et logistique

Maybe this was wrong... As our website is in french and in english, we would prefer to have it in the english version.

I was wondering if that category was not the most appropriate one:

Recreation: Travel: Transportation: Limousines and Shuttles: Europe: Switzerland

Can you do something about it?

it can't be... because if I understand well, it is the Google directory... (confusing to me...)

You should not resubmit, it either makes extra work for editors or delays your review, or both.

Is it possible to do something about it?

One more (and last) question: I read that we had sometime to wait for 2 years before getting registered... Is it really the truth? Or is it an exceptional case?

As to the category move, obviously the editor didn't agree with you. The editor's judgment rules. However, you might take the time between now and (whenever the site gets reviewed) to consider WHY a surfer would be confused about the actual nature of your business. And perhaps fix whatever problems you find, so that the next reviewing editor would be inspired to move the site back.

As for time to review: there are no nonexceptional cases. We don't track how long it takes after submittal to review a site: it's not considered relevant or significant, and there are way too many variables for it to be significant even if we hoped it could be. Obviously badly mis-submitted sites may take years to get shuffled to the right category. And obviously some sites get added before being submitted. Everything else falls in between. The more obvious potential for uniqueness your site has, the more likely it is to be reviewed quickly, and that's about all we can say.
