I was wondering if someone could please let me know why my site hasn't been added yet. I believe i submitted it in late May or early June of last year, then again in November or December but it has yet to be added.

Your site is waiting for review. Only your newest submission is left, because any older submissions have been overwritten by it. No need to resubmit; resubmissions would even push your site down the queue when ordered by date. Feel free to come back to this thread after six months to ask for a status update.
