Hello,
I was wondering if you could check the submission status of http://www.netmidwest.com/ to the category http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Hosting/N/
I have been trying to get in for two years on and off, my last submission was on Aug 24, 2003. I haven't seen much change in the category over 2 years - from 79 listings to 82 listings, and it seems to be stuck at 80 for some time. How big is the queue?

Just got a site not found on your URL

The suggestion is still waiting for review with a real lot of others. As you will surely know, every second person is doing hosting nowadays.

( The others are webdesigners )

I figured the queue was long, overall, for hosting. But there is activity in other letters regularly, while 'N' and a few others seem to be ignored. How many are there awaiting review in 'N'? Any idea of when the last time it was edited?

There are more than two hundred sites waiting for review only for the letter N. However we can't tell how long you'll have to wait. Maybe tomorrow an editor will decide to edit this category and start with your site. Maybe it is going to be months and months.

As you can see, the last change of the category was on August 21st.

If you should consider becoming an editor in this area of Computers: Internet: Web Design and Development: Hosting, you should start with a number subcategory, or J, K, Q, X, Y, Z. Most of the others are very crowded.

Or start out with a nice Regional category of your home town and polish it up - then apply for the hard job of editing a hosting category.
