Good morning,
We listed our 2 personal properties (Hillside Hideaway & Timberland Lodge) quite a while back as we bought each one.
As of 1/1/03 we have moved to Blue Ridge, GA full-time and started a property management company. (Premier Cabin Rentals of North Georgia)

Our 2 cabins are, of course, promoted on our company's page, but we also currently offer 4 add'l cabins which are owned by others and have 3 more planning to join us in late summer/early fall when they are complete. (They will not appear on our site until 4 weeks prior to the 1st rental availability)

We expect to have a total 15 cabins by the end of the year, and I'm proud to say that we have accomplished this just by word of mouth advertising.
The cabins owned by our customers do not have personal web addresses and appear only on our site so they are totally dependent on us for their rentals. And, as many of our customers come from outside the state, we are very web-dependent.
A couple of our more “web-savvy” cabin owners are quite irritated with me because I haven’t been able to get the company site listed on DMOZ. (Everybody knows that “if you ain’t on DMOZ, you ain’t on the web…”)
If our personal sites must be deleted in order to get our business site
http://www.premiercabinrentals.com listed, I’m o-kay with that, but please, please, please don’t delete them until the new site is added or we will lose all of our web-customers and thus our current cabin owners.
