It takes some time all over the directory, since all work is done by volunteers. If you want to contact one of the many editors who can edit in the category, look at the bottom for listed editors. If none is listed, look in the category above this one and so on.

But anyway: Regarding to our guidelines, editors might choose not to answer feedback. They don't have to.

(And again: The main goal of the editors is not to work on submissions but to build fine categories. Submissions are a tool to help them with this task.)
