Sorry about the lack of reply - posts sometimes slip down to the next page before anyone notices.
Topdating.com was reviewed in September and rejected as the reviewing editor found only blank pages on the site. Looking at it now, I do see some content, but since it is still very scant and 90% of it appears to be affiliate links to the same two dating sites (which are already listed in the ODP) I would expect your chances of being listed are very small indeed. I don't edit in this part of the directory however, so don't really have the experience to judge it.
