Hello,

Could you please provide the status on http://www.worldexperts.com/dfavvas

It had previously been listed in the category which is now http://dmoz.org/Business/Industrial_Goods_and_Services/Machinery_and_Tools/Industrial_Metrology/ (though I believe at the time it was Business/Industries/Manufacturing/Machinery_and_Tools/Industrial Metrology)

It somehow got dropped by a reason I am not aware of. Maybe it got lost in the shuffle when the categories moved around?

It is listed here: http://dmoz.org/Business/Industrial_Goods_and_Services/Machinery_and_Tools/Industrial_Metrology/ The listing has never been removed that I can see

Although it should be there, I can't see it right now, maybe the category needs a nudge. :explosive:

Should be fixed as soon as the public side updates, it is showing on the editor side

Is this as a result of some kind of action that was taken today? If so, I'll sit tight until the public site is updated.

If not, you should know that it has been several months since the site disappeared from the index.

I didn't actually look for it before I ran the script to correct it, but I am sure it was a computer glitch. Every now and then a site is there but for some reason doesn't show. It doesn't happen very often, and I'm not actually sure what causes it. It is definately fine on the editor site now--I looked after I ran the script--so you should be set once the public side updates. Sorry about it falling off of the public side

How long does it take for the public site to be updated? Is 1 week normal?

Or could there be some other bug in the system? Still trying to solve this lost-in-cyberspace riddle.

4-7 days usually. But as you can see from numerous threads, times aren't as usual at the moment, so it may well take longer.

I've given the category another "kick" yesterday, so I hope the public page will be updated soon.
