The site is not waiting in that category, has never been waiting in that category, and does not belong there anyway.

Based on the 3 contact addresses on the site you only have a physical presence in Australia, so would be listed in Australia, not Oceania.
That aside you need to be sure which site is the main site for the business - http://www.eguard.com.au , http://www.digiguard.net , http://www.mybcp.com.au/ , or http://www.digiguard.net/ . Only one will be listed. Based on the current setup, I'd lean towards the latter if I was reviewing it.
