I'm sorry, but the same 30-day waiting period applies to resubmissions as well as regular submissions.
Too many people have tried to game us, so we have to be pretty strict with regards to these rules.

i know and can understand i would need to wait a while for an update on any progress as cant expect it even to be looked at for weeks as i only resubmitted today .
All i was asking for was a conformation that the resubmission has actually went onto the list so that i dont wait a couple of months again only to be told it not there.

The month wait is for telling you if it's in the pile. We never ever can tell you if and when it's going to be reviewed.
In fact it could have been reviewed and published already, many sites are reviewed and accepted the day they are submiited. But you would still have to wait a month for us to tell you that.

Actually, it's six months from the most recent update, which means you have to wait until June 1.
I know it must seem like we are nitpicking you to death, but its not personal. We found, over time, that there are enough malicious people who, given an inch, demand a mile, so the good people have to be subjected to the same stringent rules as the bad guys. It's unfotunate, but the very existance of this forum (as opposed to an automated system) is the result of people who simply want ot manipulate this (and every other) diretory for their personal gain.
