Steal My Site?

I have just gone to submit my web site on your form but reading the final 'contract' it says you have the right to copy ,edit , or bascically do what ever you like with my subbmision.
Sorry maybe i'm dumn but does that mean you can 'steal' or copy my site?
If thats the case who on earth would do it?

It is talking about the listing of your site. We can take any, all, or none of your suggested title and/or description and do with it what we want. It has nothing to do with your actual site.

Don't worry! Your submission and your site are two completely different things in this context. The ODP reserves the right to decide the wording in the description of your site in the directory, as well as the placement (and of course, the ODP decides whether to list the site or not.) The ODP does not claim any right to the contents of your web site.
