Strange things in my web stats today

This one has got me confused. I know a few of you have visited a page of mine (and article i wrote about DMOZ) from a link on this forum...

But this is resource-zone.com, and resource-zone.com is showing up in my referers in my webstats obviously.

However, I was surprised when i checked my stats a minute ago to see four hits from DMOZ.org in my list of refering search engines.

My site isnt listed on DMOZ yet because it is new and DMOZ has been down.

So why would dmoz be showing in my refering search engines?

Could be hardcoded REFERER on editor's personal browsers. Could be a reference from internal forums. Could be something else. REFERER is even easier to spoof than, say, e-mail headers.
