It is currently listed as a band and artist resource site, but Altsounds is primarily Music News and Media.

Any way that can be changed?

Visit the category where it's listed. Click on the update URL link at the top of the page. Fill out the form and state your case.

I recommend that you overcome any temptation to replace the title or description with something more promotional at the same time.
