Nothing has been done with that submission yet. The closest ancestor/parent category with an editor is Regional/North_America/United_States/Virginia/Localities/, which has over 500 other unreviewds, so it will take a while.

I just submitted my form to become an editor for category. Maybe if it comes back I can add that category and help clear it out.
