Submission agreement queries

I have two queries before submitting my photography site; first, I'm concerned by the following requirement 'To grant Netscape Communications Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission'. These are not rights I would ever normally grant to a third party - or have I misunderstood?

Second, should I submit my site twice i.e. to the appropriate section under 'Photography' and also to my home town section under 'Regional', or is this against the rules?

Thanks,
Alex

The copyright thing is about the submitted title and description, not the website itself. We don't want to copy/amend/publish the latter :).

If you offer locally specific services, by all means suggest your website to a Topical category and to your locality category.
