Submission agreement

Hi, I hope I don't violate any rules..I read them but some were to vague and so I hope my question, which is a legitimate one, doesn't violate and rules..

ok..can some editor or dmoz staff answer this for me.
The submission agreement states:
To grant Netscape Communications Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from my submission.

What does this mean? Is it talking about the submitted url? Is it talking about the submitted website? Or is it talking about the submitted text and description wherein you can alter it move it delete it etc...

I did a search for this and didn't find any results..please, can you help me out with this. It's big concern for me...
