submission diverted to misplaced submissions

Ive tried to submit a site to the following category

Top: Regional: Europe: United Kingdom: Business and Economy: Internet: Site Promotion: Search Engine Submitting and Positioning

every time i tried i got the same result screen stating.

" Sorry, we could not determine your IP address for this submission. This may be because your browser or ISP has cached the previous page. Your submission has been redirected to the misplacd submissions folder. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please go back in your browser and resubmit the form. "

I tried going back in my browser and resubmitting but get the same result every time, does anyone know what the problem is?

It's a problem with your ISP. You do not need to resubmit, we have your submission and it will be forwarded to the correct category in due course.

The Misplaced Category is used for foiling robots that submit the same page over and over again, but sometimes legitimate submissions end up there, either because your ISP's cache hasn't been updated (try hitting Shift&Reload in Netscape or Ctrl&Shift&Refresh in IE to force a new copy of the page) or because your IP address somehow changed while your were submitting.
