Is there a limit to how many different websites can be submitted in one day by the same e-mail address? thanks

No. But there is a limit on how many of a group of "related" URLs (on the same or different domains) may be submitted in one millenium, and that limit is "one". "Related" would include "of, by, from, or about the same business; from the same entity and about the same general topic; etc.

A quick follow-up: Should a submitter submit twice in cases where their business qualifies for one regional and one topical listing? Or should they simply submit to one of those categories, and let the editor opt to send it over to the other?
