Submission Mistakes on http://OrthoBionics.net

I have seemed to get myself banned or rejected for spamming and need to know what I can do to undo this. I didn't spam on purpose and really have made a mistake. Can someone please help me figure out how to correct this.

Why do you think that?

I think the real question here is how do you undo spam? I mean it already happened. You can say your sorry and never do it again but who is going to believe you? You just have to never do it again, turn your life around, and exit the realm of spammer forever. Eventually it will be all good.

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!.. I really goofed up.. I found out I was rejected for spamming and didn't realize I was, and now need to know if anyone has any info on fixing this so that I get my site listed!
