Submission mistakes on http://orthobionics.net

I think I posted in the wrong forum..

I have seemed to get myself banned or rejected for spamming and need to know what I can do to undo this. I didn't spam on purpose and really have made a mistake. Can someone please help me figure out how to correct this.
