Submission not posted

I checked my records and found the following:

I register under Optical Instruments on 12/19/03

I register under Optical Instruments on 5/15/04, this was under category
Business, healthcare, product service, ophthalmology, optical
instruments.

Am I doing something wrong?

I submitted again today.

Please advise.

Oh, all right, since you asked so nicely.

But gulden is going to have to take care of properly formatting the request himself, either by editing his post or by adding another one.

We're not just being picky for the sake of pickiness on this. We get so many requests we're somewhere between barely able and not able to handle them all even if they're formatted to minimize our efforts.
