There's not really anything we can tell you that you don't already know.
You presumably know (by looking) whether the site is listed.
The volunteers can look at any site (whether suggested or not) without leaving any traces, so we may not even know it's been looked at.
The volunteers can look at any site at any time, so we certainly can never know when in the future a volunteer might look at the site.
The only thing we might know is that a suggestion has been reviewed and "found to be useless" -- but the site owner always knows more about why a site is NOT listable than the volunteers can. And, in those rare cases where a suggestion has been mistakenly considered useless, that is something to discuss with the volunteer who made the mistake, not the general public.
