Submission page spinning forever, always.

I have been paying a friend to submit for me for the last year because I always get a spinning submission screen with no confirmation from my house. There must be a technical explanation for this. They live 30 miles away. I have tried on both my computers. I even had this problem when i lived somewhere else with another computer. I paid my friend then as well. It stopped working for me about 1.5 years ago. Sounds ridiculous, but I am just looking for a list of technical reasons to explain this so that I can troubleshoot it and solve it. Even now, my submission screen, which I have not tried for the last 2 months, is just spinning away with no confirmation screen. I was looking for a mirror submission site. Any ideas to help me troubleshoot this. Thanks.

I got a submission to finally work.

Just wanted to say that I actually got a successful submission screen so it is possible. So, it isn't a technical problem like I thought. (at least not on my end).
