Submission Problem

After submitting I get this, I am pretty sure the above is causing the problem

I beleive I followed advice of jimnoble correctly as posted in another thread

Had to chop out every thing I had to count the words and keep the the description and notes down to 35 words

Well I hope I got it write this time, I have been offshore for a while. I finally had some clear thoughts and sat down to the computer after stowing my gear and unpacking.
