Submission problems :. French Categories

Hi!

I 've been trying to update several url's for the last 2 months into the French part of the directory....It looks like it is impossible to submit anything...

For instance, i'am trying to update an url for this category http://dmoz.org/cgi-bin/add.cgi?where=World/Français/Informatique/Matériel/Périphériques

--> does not work


Then I am trying to add a new url for this category http://dmoz.org/World/Fran%e7ais/R%e9gional/France/R%e9gions/Provence_Alpes_C%f4te_d%27Azur/Alpes-Maritimes/Villes_et_villages/Sophia_Antipolis/

--> does not work....

Do you get any error messages while submitting the form?
