Submission Problems Still...?

I began trying to submit my site in March of this year. I never got a response so I abandoned my attempts. In the last two months I have tried to submit again. At first I simply received timeouts, now I am experiencing the same issues others have posted since 08-09 "The page you attempted to access does not exist on this site" "The closest match is". I realize that many people are up against resolution to the problem, but is there a manual process I may turn to with an editor in order to get listed in the ODP?

The submission process has been working quite well for many months, with thousands of submissions being successfully received every day, but some problem has occurred in the last few days.

It is being worked on, and there isn't an alternative way of adding submissions to the database. Please try again in a few weeks time; hopefully someone will have a handle as to what the problem is, and get it fixed by then.
