submission problems

I've been trying to submit a site for several weeks now. It's a for sale by owner site that covers the mississippi area. I went to the Top: Regional: North America: United States: Mississippi: Business and Economy: Real Estate area and clicked the suggest url button. I filled out the form and clicked submit and there was something wrong so I got the incomplete form error page so I fixed that item and clicked submit again. Then it looked like it was doing something for about 10 minutes but never showed a page telling me if the submit was successful or not. So I tried once or twice more with the same results. Then I thought I'd wait to see if I got a reply and never did so I tried again and the same thing happened. Here's the information that I put on the form so if you see something wrong please let me know.

What you are in effect asking for is a submission status check (you would like to know if we have received your suggestion okay).

I rerouted myself through my server in Baltimore and the submission worked. I don't know what the difference is perhaps a firewall issue but I do know that there is an issue!
