Hello,

I submitted www.gifttoiran.com website to the following category:

http://dmoz.org/Regional/Middle_East/Iran/Business_and_Economy/Shopping/Flowers_and_Gifts/

more than two months ago but it is not in list yet, Please provide me with the status.

I want to know what was the reason you did not add our website to the dmoz directory? Could you please let me know!!

Usually how long does it take to review the submission?
Is the delay because of to many people submitting their site to this category?

It could happen while I am typing, or it could be more than two years. There is no way of predicting when an editor will look at your submission.

Too many sites everywhere, too many categories, too much spam, not enough editors with not enough time.

The delay is because nobody has volunteered to do it yet. The volunteers were all doing something else. And because they are volunteers and not slaves, we allow that.

Can I be volunteer ? or there are some rules to be a volunteers.
