It is currently awaiting review in Society/Relationships/Dating/Personals/Regional/Asia - it appears the other submission was deleted. We would not list the site in both categories.

Regarding the deletion,
Aren't these two categories considered as 1 x topical and 1 x regional?
Am I mistaken somewhere?

No. Both are considered part of Society.

A Regional category's URl would begin with http://dmoz.org/Regional/.....
