1) According to http://dmoz.org/guidelines/include.html#notinclude we won't list the site.

2) Since Kids+Teens is meant for sites that are meant for K+T as an audience, we wouldn't have listed it there anyway. Of course there is no need to submit it to the normal directory, as stated above.
