I posted it in: “Research” under “Medicine” in the Health category http://dmoz.org/Health/Medicine/Research.

This was done back in December – just prior to Christmas.

This site was created because there is no one site where a manufacturer can go to obtain general regulatory – requirements information from different countries around the globe. Research is easy if you’re only dealing with the USA…but as soon as you get into countries such as Argentina, Brazil and ASPAC then you are faced with challenges. This site provides links to all the currently available countries who post Medical Device guidance and requirements.

The site also has two additional components that caters to the Medical Device manufacturer: general news (hopefully addressing the different genres) as well as very detailed regulatory analysis of the FDA’s guidance and QSR documentation.

The intention of the site is to remain profit free….with the exception of providing revenue streams such as Amazon and Google’s Adsense programs to help pay for the cost of maintaining the website.

Hmm, rejected from Business/Industrial_Goods_and_Services/News_and_Media (unsurprisingly since it isn't a fit there) and no sign in Health/Medicine/Research - I don't really know how you would classify it but to be honest with you I don't see any unique content, only links to info already listed, and blank pages except for affiliate links. I would do some serious work creating original top quality content for the site before considering suggesting it again. Sorry.

You might try [cat]Business/Healthcare/Directories[/cat]. It looks like one of your competitors, or perhaps one of your mirrors, is already there.

I'm not saying it would be accepted there, as I haven't actually analyzed the site, but a site fitting the description you specify might very well fit there.
