Category Improvement?

I've found a category that may be more appropriate for my review site, it is:

http://dmoz.org/Adult/Computers/Internet/On_the_Web/Best_of_the_Web/Top_Lists/

Sorry for not finding this prior to submission!

It looks to me like the first category is the better fit, but I don't see any sign that it's been submitted there.

Please be aware that the bar is set pretty high for link sites, and gets moved higher every year. So please don't be disappointed or offended if we decide not to list this one.
